Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at info@blacklight.zone.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
If you purchased a digital product and do not want to use it, request a refund from info@blacklight.zone. For digital products, refunds can be requested online.
To be eligible for a refund, the digital product must not be downloaded (as downloads are tracked), and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
For courses, we have a 14-day return policy if under 1 hour of content has been watched. Watching over 1 hour voids eligibility.
Printed products are not supported for return or refund. This is because printed products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days via info@blacklight.zone.
For other physical products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns for products that are in new condition—unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for physical items must be sent by mail.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address. Please ensure you contact us to request a return before sending the item back, as we are unable to process unauthorized returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label unless the item is defective or incorrect. Upon receiving your item, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. Refunds will be processed in USD but may be converted into your local currency depending on your payment method.
Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item or approving the refund request.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and get in touch with us right away if there’s any issue—whether the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—so that we can resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items qualify. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you haven’t received your refund: Check your bank account or junk mail. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time). Reach out to your bank (processing delays are possible).
