Digital Products
All digital products are delivered via email after purchase. Please allow up to 1 hour for delivery and check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see the email. If you still haven’t received your download link, feel free to contact us at info@blacklight.zone.

Each product includes a maximum download limit, which varies per item. Upon purchase the download limit will be visible. If you exceed the download limit, you can't download the product anymore.

Physical Merchandise
Merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party provider that handles all shipping and handling. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, along with estimated delivery times. Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method, product type, and delivery destination. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the product price.Updates about your shipment will be available through your customer account on our store or via email.
